A highly skilled team is not enough.
Navigator tool to reinforce inductive learning in the project:
Team Assignment:
Attend the kick-off session and/or watch the corresponding video.
Use the concepts from the video. Select an entrepreneurial area of your interest by industry consumer, health, finance, etc. What has been changing in that industry? Brainstorm your 3 venture concepts. As a group, write the best of the group’s 3 ideas in NABC format and turn in on the Innovation Navigator (1.5 hour)
Attend Zoom meeting on Nov 21 to discuss and better understand the assignment
Module 1: Approach to Innovation Nov 21
Team Assignment:
Prior to Nov 21, turn in your innovation navigator slides, per Module 0 (above). Then, attend Zoom meeting to discuss and better understand the assignment.
Module 2: Nov 28, Week of Team Meetings
Team Assignment:
Zoom Meetings to be scheduled for each team. 45 min each.
Be prepared to explain the venture project in NABC format, per the assignment in the last module.
Individual Assignment by end of week of Module 2:

Evaluate yourself on logic, comfort zone, grit, EQ. Try taking a test at berkeleyinnovationindex.org Reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. You may take feedback from up to 2 friends or colleagues. Explain where you are strong and what and how you can improve in 1 page or less. Turn in reflection.

Individual Assignment: Reflection on innovation leadership. Pathway from researcher to entrepreneur. Turn in reflection on one page (30 min).
Team Assignment: Download and print the Berkeley Method Meta-Canvas. Use it to mark progress of your venture. Scan and turn in. Canvas Slide, PDF (30 min)
